We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Sales team as a Sales Executive.



As an Owner Team Sales Executive within our Direct Inside Sales team, you will add your strong customer service and sales skills to our world-class team, supporting our unique Spirit of Service culture as you:

Contact existing, qualified vacation club owners (warm leads)via telephone calls (no outside, in-person sales), help club owners build portfolios via purchase and usage of additional Ownership points, make purchase recommendations and generate maximum net sales volume.

1pm-9pm M-Th and Fri 10am-5pm and up to one Saturday a month; closed on major holidays.


We offer a highly competitive pay-plan that includes an hourly base pay plus commissions, bonuses and spiffs during your first 90 days, then moves to straight commission, bonus and spiffs.

  • Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server or marketing experience
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Nevada Timeshare Agent license
  • Solid sales experience with proven track record
