SITTERNEEDED works hard for nursing students because it was founded by a nurse. Jennifer Dickson supplemented her income during nursing school by babysitting for established families in her community. Over time, she became an Associate Director of Nursing, so she knows what it takes to succeed in the field.

With SITTERNEEDED, she’s committed to providing a flexible working environment for the next generation of nurses and that comes with one-on-one mentorship. When you approach graduation and prepare to transition into the nursing eld, she’s ready to help. That’s because Jennifer is certified in the techniques that most organizations use in the interview process, so she knows what employers are looking for in candidates and what students can do to stand out. From resume building to interview advice, she’s ready to coach her sitters to success.
