The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruiting workflow within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as company's internship program including on campus recruiting and partner relationship building and maintenance. The Recruitment Specialist will also work with external staffing vendors, as appropriate, and internal company departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT) with respect to cross-functional responsibilities, as well as assist the corporate HR team in carrying out various HR projects. This work scope will be relative to this position's assigned geographic area(s).

Responsibilities (within assigned region(s) unless otherwise indicated):

Supports the company's recruitment strategy and staffing effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel including interns and temporary employees
Supports corporate staffing efforts including compensation analysis, guidelines, and international recruiting
Identifies higher education institutions for talent acquisition partnerships; builds and maintains relationships with the institutions
Coordinates and attends recruiting events
Maintains the company's job descriptions library
Posts and updates open/closed/filled positions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and company intranet
Posts recruiting updates on company Intranet and social media
Maintains Allyn career page on the company’s website
Manages Allyn internship program
Assists hiring managers with initial review of applicants (screening resumes) for open positions selecting qualified candidates for phone pre-screens
Schedules and conducts phone pre-screens for selected qualified candidates
Schedules and participates, as needed, in Skype, phone, in-person interviews with hiring managers
Follows up with all interviewed candidates
Works with external staffing vendor(s), as necessary
Assists with recruiting metrics, analytics reports, and budgets
Assists with new hire orientations
Assists with onboarding and company’s HRIS administration
Timely prepares, processes, files, scans, shreds, and tracks personnel and corporate data and documents
Follows company data and document retention guidelines
Maintains SOPs
Ensures HR legal compliance
Manages HR vendors
Escalates issue resolution
Provides input for strategic development of the department goals, objectives, process improvements, and systems
Other projects as assigned based on business need

Education or Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree) – preferred focus in Human Resources or Business Management
Prior administrative and/or HR work experience in an interactive, customer service business/corporate environment is highly desired
