Lang Company is looking for a skilled IT/Network Support Engineer to help our Managed Services customers align leading edge technologies to their important business goals. You will work with our customers to implement, and maintain their technology.
We are looking for candidates that have strong technical skills combined with good people skills. You will be working with many different types of organizations and businesses so we seek someone who likes variety in the day to day routine. There is a high degree of autonomy in this position so we need self-starters with a strong work ethic.
You also need to be a team player, You will also working with others on our technical support staff and help desk. Good communication skills are essential.
We require someone with strong technical skills across a broad range of technologies and products including installing and maintaining; Servers, Virtual Hosting (VMWare and Hyper-V), Firewalls (SonicWALL and Meraki preferred), LAN and/or WAN technologies, and occasionally some desktop applications and hardware.
