The Thrasher Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Architectural Project Designer to join the Architecture Division in our Charleston, WV office location.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following capabilities:
Ability to work in a team environment to develop designs using Revit software
Ability to create construction documents using Revit software
Ability to create graphics and presentations using Adobe software
Ability to create presentation renderings for client use and/or approval using Lumion software

Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture or design. Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree is preferred.
1-5 years of professional design experience
Strong communication and time management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work, learn from, and teach others within the group
Strong Revit skills
Strong Adobe skills
Strong graphical presentation and rendering skills
On the path to Architectural Licensure a plus
