Full Job Description
CARMA, The Consortium for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis, is currently seeking an Program Director. Responsibilities will include: member relations, program development, program marketing & promotion, website design & maintenance, finance & accounting, data analytics. Applicants should be highly motivated, detail orientated, good multitaskers, as well as be able to work independently and efficiently.
Communicating via email to members
Assisting in payment transactions, tracking invoices and checks received
Designing and implementing email campaigns on Constant Contact.
Developing timelines for program launches, promotion, fee schedules.
Creating program registration packages within admin panel of website.
Organizing events and the needed technology for the program
Development of strategy and overall planning for global market (RMEP), updating gradebook once assessments are completed, creating new assessments within Qualtrics for year’s new webcasts presentations, providing technical assistance to users and developing digital badges.
Designing updates about events, email communications, website posts, Facebook posts, YouTube channel, as well as possible blog posts, flyers, etc
Regular updates to instructor bios, course summaries, short course information, webcast presenters, CARMA homepage, Video Library, etc
Finance and accounting policies and procedures, speaker related expeneses, financial records in Banner, etc
Providing data analytics regarding organization usage, course evaluation survey results, promotion emails, etc
Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Four years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Knowledge of TTU systems
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Wed design experience

Minimum Hire Rate
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
