Front desk patient coordinator needed for busy outpatient Neurology practice. We are looking for an individual who will go above and beyond to help improve the efficiency and processes of the office, someone who can multitask, has outstanding communication skills and will deliver excellent customer service in an outpatient setting. This involves answering telephones, managing the waiting room, scheduling and checking in patients, coordinating efforts for the patient's visit, and interacting professionally with other doctors’ offices. Neurology experience required, customer service experience a must.
