Administers a program of vocational and professional licensing; advises the department head and boards and commissions, and acts as liaison; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
General Experience: Three (3) years of experience involving responsibility for such service functions as personnel administration; management or organizational analysis; budget or fiscal administration; procurement and control of office supplies, space, communications, and filing facilities; or similar activities.
Specialized Experience: One (1) year of experience in managing or directing an organizational segment and its work program with such responsibilities as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting, and which involved the comprehensive knowledge and proper application of governmental business, vocational and/or professional licensing laws, rules, regulations and policies.
