HR Manager – Controlling and Systems
Vice President, Human Resources, Americas
The HR Manager, Controlling and Systems, is responsible for providing overall strategic guidance and direction related to compensation, benefits, and general HR systems for the Americas region. This position will ensure all practices, policies, processes, and systems are in alignment with regional, divisional, and group compliance requirements, while monitoring industry best practices for compensation and benefits in order to keep Plastic Omnium competitive in the job market. This person will also support from a generalist standpoint on items within the Regional Headquarters.
System Management – Enablon, Opteam+, etc.
Metrics and analytics
Internal Audits – CQA, IATF, E&Y, benefit audits, etc.
External Surveys – AOSG, OESA, etc.
Americas Policy Owner
Generalist activities – support intern program, support recruiting
Strategic HR leader to for all employees related to compensation and benefits in the U.S., and all other systems and compliance processes across the Americas
Lead the development, communication and implementation of policies and procedures in the US
Lead the development of a compensation strategy in each country within the Americas
Responsible for driving and implementing competitive compensation globally
Lead compensation analysis process for all of the Americas
Lead the local wage analysis process at each site within the Americas
Plan, develop, and implement standardized US benefit plans, programs, policies & procedures
Lead and manage all items around US Medical Benefits – manage relationship with Benefit consultants, develop annual design changes to medical plans, manage retiree benefits, etc.
Lead and manage all savings plans for the US – 401(k) and pension – partner with external providers.
Executive committee member of 401(k) and Pension committee board.
Lead and approve the payroll process for all US sites (6 sites)
Manage all immigration items include visa processing, green card applications, and general inquires
Manage all metrics for the Americas in Enablon, Opteam+, ADP, etc. Complete monthly analysis on the metrics and create standard reports.
Lead all internal audits for Troy – CQA, IATF, E&Y, Benfits Audits, etc.
Align responses on all internal audits across the Americas
Manage all external benchmarking surveys – AOSG, OESA, etc.
Maintain, manage, and establish human resources Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies of all compensation and benefit programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources with focus on generalist activities, compensation and benefits, policy management, and full cycle data management.
Experience working in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
