We provide Network Administration, Server Administration, Backup/Disaster Recovery, Direct-to-Technician Help Desk support to small-mid size businesses that are locally located in the Greater SF Bay Area.
The successful candidate would have a working knowledge and 3+ years experience with IT support of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and/or 10, (additional familiarity with Linux, MacOS, and Apple products is a plus) as well as application support, network administration, and Windows Server Environments (Server 2008 and newer).
Experienced roles to be considered include desktop support technician, IT support, and IT technician support.
The closer the candidates lives to Foster City, California the more consideration they will receive.
Unfortunately, we are not too excited about OPT employment status, only because we're a small company and don't understand OPT related requirements. Sorry.
Position: 3+ year experienced IT position for a team player that can provide desktop, network, and help desk support to our clients.
Has a passion for IT help desk work and displays an aptitude for our other technologies that include, cloud computing, virtual machines, and VoIP.
Location: You will work out of our Foster City, California network operations center, providing remote phone support to our Bay Area located clients. There is occasional travel to local clients.

Description: We are looking for fun loving, team-oriented people that have a strong interest in computer related technologies and want to get moving in to the ever growing IT industry.
You will answer questions and resolve computer, network and other IT related issues for clients in person, via telephone or electronically. You may be providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, and networking equipment.
