As an IT Quality Analyst, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with software, web, portal, application, and other testing for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on both manual and/or automated testing tools, test script and test plan creation and maintenance, defect tracking and reporting.
Perform required analysis of Medicare Fee for Service system modifications, includes independent analysis of CMS Change requests (CR), participate in POC review and analysis of system developer requirements
Ensure CMS CR requirements are 100% tested before production date to ensure changes do not have any negative impact in production
Develop test plans/test cases to validate correct execution of system modifications, furthermore test any file/system maintenance
Coordinate with other Testers to monitor progress, ensure test documentation is accurate; report defects and resolve any defects within a certain timeline
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of business systems analysis, research, testing, or customer support experience
Effectively demonstrates a working knowledge of business support and system concepts
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audience
Knowledge of programming languages and/or concepts
Working knowledge of the system development lifecycle
Knowledge of FISS (FISCAL Intermediary Standard System)
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Medicare Fee for Service claims processing system and business procedures
Knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Knowledge of Medicare Part A & Medicare Part B
