Our employment services provide individuals and groups with community employment based on their individual skills and experience; employers benefit from a reliable and highly trained workforce for hard-to-fill positions that reflect the diversity of our community.
The Employment Specialist works with people to find well-matched jobs and assists them to become successful at work. The Employment Specialist establishes relationships with community employers to create job opportunities and works with job seekers to provide job preparation training, job placement, on-the-job coaching, on-going support and case management to ensure people reach their employment goals.
