Description:
The Pallet repair position is responsible for the repair of the customer's pallets. We are looking for an experienced pallet repairer, carpentry, landscaping, construction, or experience using hand tools, nail guns, and power hand saws to repair our pallets. The more pallets you repair with good quality— the more you make! Not an easy job but pays very well with hard work.

Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 75lbs frequently throughout the day.
- Must be able to use power tools
- Must be able to stand 8 hours a day
- Must be able to use a nail gun
- Background friendly
- Construction experience and/or carpentry experience
Pay Scale: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour. This base pay of $21.00 includes a per hour and an incentive bonus with the potential to increase earnings up to $34.00 per hour.
- We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for continuous service and commitment to the role. To be divided into 4 payments.
Work Schedule: 1st shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of the job the employee may be exposed to dust, cold weather, hot weather, and moderate noise levels.
- Steel-toed boots needed to start.
