We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Coordinator/Call Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking our services, managing intake processes, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients into our care. You will work closely with our clinical team to provide excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct initial client screenings and gather relevant information for intake purposes.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide information about our services and assist clients in understanding their options.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth client transitions and referrals.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the intake process and overall operations.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
