Responsibilities:
- Support our team with daily tasks, including filing, data entry, receiving product.
- Maintain a high level of organizational skills, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize Office 365 (Excel, Word) to assist with administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute documents, such as correspondence, reports, menus
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant. Candidate MUST be proficient with computers, Excel, Word, Email Software. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively is essential for this role.
