Vice President & Corporate Controller

Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President & Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the global corporate financial operations of the Company.

Responsibilities include:
Responsible for worldwide financial planning and strategy, including interaction with Senior Executive Management and senior management across the organization.

Oversee, direct and develop internal and external financial reporting systems.

Assure compliance with the rules and regulations of the SEC including Sarbanes-Oxley.

Interaction with Audit Committee, and as needed other Committees, of the Board of Directors.

Support activities related to potential acquisitions and integration including modeling, due diligence, close interaction with outside advisors, integration activities and capital structure.

Hire, retain and develop strong team to meet the future needs of the company.Be viewed as a strong leader both within his/her organization as well as across the Company.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, preferably an MBA in Finance.

CPA accreditation with Big 4 Firm.

Fifteen or more years of financial, accounting and operational management with increasing levels of responsibility.

Experience in $500 million+ multinational public company controllership with complex international operations is essential.

Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and developing key metrics across the organization.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong project management abilities.

Strong management, interpersonal and analytical skills essential with ability to be hands on yet think long term and strategically.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Finance experience in ERP/IT project implementation and systems implementation required.

Excellent PC skills and ERP experience with Oracle helpful.

Ability to team with peers and operating executives in support of corporate strategy without compromising financial discipline and integrity.
