Provides consultation to vice presidents, divisional directors, regional managers and other operations and sales team members along with various corporate departments.
Develops and produces all business unit and corporate communication tools in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Supervises, produces and provides traditional print and advertising material along with digital and online content and design.
Supervises and supports positive public relations efforts for all business lines.
Creates, designs and manages the production of facility or agency specific as well as corporate templated material.
Develops and directs initial concepts and layouts and oversees projects to final production and delivery. Writes, edits and proofs content and checks for branding rules.
Assists with managing outside suppliers and works independently with communications entities in the development and production of marketing communications projects.
Works with AVP and Director on corporate projects, leadership meetings and business line strategy implementation.
Works with director and field directors and managers on media planning and strategy for individual markets.
Supports and is responsible for communicating positive public relations and supports the AVP and director with any management of negative media or online posts.
Manages all service lines’ website design, database and content as well as social media messaging and posts. Creates and reviews content on internal and external sites. Responds to online reviews as needed. Updates data base regularly. Assists with measuring and adjusting campaign messages.
Directs video and photography sessions.
Along with director, directs and coordinates event planning/communication strategy for new openings and product launches.
Helps supervise vendors, interns and communications specialists. Assists with training field on communications support.
Familiar with all product lines. Works closely with other departments and team to develop compliant material.

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or design required.
Three to five years of marketing communications experience and demonstrated desktop publishing skills required; Proficiency in Pagemaker, Microsoft Publisher, Presenter PC, and Aldus Persuasion or similar desktop publishing and slide presentation software programs, Word and a working knowledge of Windows helpful; Experience in health care service industry preferred
