Your Role Accountabilities:
Authorizing Orders, Utilizing/Updating trackers, and documents, along with adding notes and reconciling Xytech work orders.
Responsible for timely and accurate ordering, maintenance, and scheduling for air copy workflow. Verifying order data when imported into Inventory System. Follow-up on close-to-air and overdue deliveries
The project lead will support all systems utilized by scheduling & post operations for air copy creation and management including, effective communication (email, slack, teams, and or zoom platforms) with all partners including network programming teams, Content Customization, Content Operations, Broadcast Operations, and S&P.
Expected to provide training for new hires, recurrent training for staff, cross training opportunities within the Scheduling, & Post Ops team.
Schedule all edit, audio, & graphic design resources (including personnel). This includes all aspects of post-production process: providing Xytech job numbers, requesting editors/artists, audio mixers/sound designers, & graphic artists, confirming edit, audio, & graphic sessions, and updating session information.
Manage the post production work for promos and programs (i.e.on-air and off-air spots/promos, topical promos, promo menus, program compressions, reversions, repackages, reformats, special projects, upfronts, stunts, & corporate projects etc.)
Proactively build and nurture relationships with network marketing, production, and programming teams as well as Warner Bros. Discovery corporate business depts., including Ad Sales. Act as primary contact for post-production needs across multiple client businesses and departments.
As point person, vet incoming special projects for feasibility, raise concerns, if applicable, and work with manager to create plan of execution for said project to meet client/partners objectives.
Communicate specific needs for each, edit, mix, & graphics session to assigned artists prior to and during the session. Includes edit suggestions, credit lists, scripts, etc. Address any logistical or technical challenges prior to project start date.
Gather all necessary materials/sources for each edit, audio, graphics session - credits, music, narration, graphics, additional footage, etc.
Monitor, track, verify, and troubleshoot ALL US NETS short and long form transcodes/transfers to ensure broadcast deliveries via (Mediaflex, Media Shuttle, Vantage, Signiant, Journey/Promo Exchange etc.,) on daily basis.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet research and e-mail using outlook, google, etc..
Knowledge and hands on Mediaflex, Xytech, Toolkit, MORPH, DISCO, DEAL, Rally, experience preferred.
