Operations Administrators are the point person for the day to day clinic operations and also function as a Baby Imaging Specialist. You may come from retail management, child care environments and educational backgrounds. You embrace technology and its valuable impact in healthcare. We’re looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, loves providing outstanding customer service, is tech savvy, and most importantly, loves babies!

We will train you on the things unique to CranialTech if you bring your problem solving skills and “can do” attitude.

How you make an impact (when you’re wearing your Baby Imaging Specialist hat):

Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients (the babies!)
Work as a team to complete a DSi® (3D image of the infant's head used to create the DOC Band) for each baby
Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system)
Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy
Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients
How you make an impact (when you’re wearing your Operations Administrator hat):

Assume ownership and oversight of the clinic schedule ensuring optimal customer service is met while also balancing the operational needs of the clinic
Serve as payroll time management point for the clinic including overseeing PTO requests and timecard compliance
Train all new clinical staff on policies, procedures and best practices
Ensure imaging compliance through audits and review
In close partnership with the Regional Manager, oversee clinic operations
Collaborate and cooperate with other functional areas including; Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Finance and Insurance Authorization
Job Qualifications

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to squat and bend
Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
Must be able move at a fast pace
