Abt Associates seeks a temporary, part time HR clerk to support the Human Resources Department and the HRIS team in Rockville, Maryland. Position is temporary, part time; Monday and Tuesday availability preferred.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform responsibilities and tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality as appropriate
  • Support HRIS function through printing forms and documents in various systems for new hire processing, data entry and quality control
  • Provides administrative support to the HRIS team as directed

Preferred Skills / Prerequisites

  • Must be highly detailed-oriented
  • Proficient with computer skills
  • Excellent organization and verbal/written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • (0 – 1 ) years of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
