Title: Call Center Reception Team

Reports to : Hotline Leader, National Service

Location : DMG MORI USA, Hoffman Estates, IL

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Classification : Non Exempt

Travel : 0%

Employment is conditioned on DMG MORI USA's ability to obtain and maintain any necessary export licensing.

  • Manage a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ascertain customer information and forward them on to the appropriate are for support.
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain customer information in regards surveys and record them in the system.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking in order to manage difficult customer situations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or reception experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Work Environment : General office environment will be experienced. There will be occasional exposure to manufacturing environments which may present hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and automated machinery.

Physical Demands: Frequent: sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones, with repetitive hand and arm movement. Periodic: repetitive foot, leg, shoulder, and torso movements. Occasional: walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
