Theradex Oncology, a leading Oncology CRO in business for over 35 years is seeking Sr. CRAs to join our rapidly growing team.

Serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry and specializing in oncology, Theradex is all about quality monitoring, strong clinical expertise, and client satisfaction. Our specialized systems and processes are highly specific to Oncology monitoring, enabling CRAs to focus their time on high quality monitoring and site support.

We support many of the most prominent pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the industry with promising new molecules addressing a wide range of oncology indications.

If you want to enhance your Oncology Monitoring career and have between 4 and 7 years of on-site monitoring experience as a CRA working for a pharmaceutical/biotech company or CRO; we want to hear from you.

We expect CRAs to have a thorough knowledge of monitoring processes, GCPs, and must demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Workload is variable and travel may be extensive (at times); however when practical, we will keep you as close to home as possible.

  • onsite CRA oncology monitoring: 2 years (Required)
  • Phase 1 clinical trials monitoring: 2 years (Preferred)
  • pharma/biotech or CRO must be in last five years: 5 years (Required)
