Are you an experienced OFFICE MANAGER - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT? Are you looking to join a company that is growing? IMPRIMIS GROUP is looking for talented Office Manager for a Corporate office in Downtown Dallas. Great Contract to Hire opportunity!!!

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Front desk; receptionist duties (multi-line switchboard) and greet all visitors
Executive Leadership calendar management and schedule meetings
Coordinate travel (business and personal) for Executives
Create and manage reports, expenses, presentations, marketing material, vendor PO's and compliance reporting
Handle phones, meeting notes and meeting time
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Light accounting duties (A/P, A/R and Payroll)
Special projects as needed
Ideal candidates MUST have 5+ years' minimum experience in front desk duties while supporting C-Level executives. All qualified candidates must be able to manage multiple calendars and maintain professional records with confidence and priority. Able to maintain highest level of professionalism and confidentiality is required. $40-45k + benefits + perks
