This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
What will you do?
This is not your run-off-the-mill VP, Client Success role. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, you will act as a critical member of the Client Success team and the Chicago office and will have the ability to participate in challenging projects as well as gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. You will also:
Be responsible for the overall direction, revenue growth and retention, and strategic development of current health plan, health system and employer clients across the US.
Manage direct reports and liaison with internal department stakeholders to deliver on strategic business goals.
Become the sales and service ambassador for Health Plans, Health Systems and employer services and strategies throughout the US
Become subject matter expert on all matters relative to clinical delivery of MDLIVE solutions and support the extended sales team
Cultivate and manage a team of professionals; support virtual and onsite account meetings
Oversee upsell and cross sell strategies; maintain strategic account planners for diversifying revenue opportunities
Manage complex, consultative sales, that involve multiple decision-makers - both personally and via a team of internal salespeople, with a significant amount of 'getting in the trenches' expected.
Execute on and track utilization strategies as agreed upon by Client Success/Sales and Marketing.

Who are you?
10+ years’ experience in strategic development relationships with notable national and regional health plans
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business or Finance required
Master’s Degree in Health Care, Marketing, Business or Finance preferred
Superior presentation skills, incorporating mastery of the English language, negotiation, discovery and technical competence
