We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Loan Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to break into the mortgage business, working alongside experienced mortgage originators. If you are sales-oriented, driven, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced mortgage originators in managing and processing loan applications.
- Act as a liaison between clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan transactions.
- Interact directly with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and guide them through the loan process.
- Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update client records and loan files.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Contribute to team goals and sales targets by assisting in the generation of new business.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate college degree preferred.
- Strong interest in sales and the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
