If you are a bread lover and want to get your hands in the dough this job is for you! Seeking an early morning baker of breads and pastries to work 4 days per week which may include Saturday and/or Sunday. Shifts go from 3 or 4 am to 10 or 11 am. Essential to have reliable transportation and be punctual for this start time.
Commercial scratch baking background preferred but will train someone with back-of-the-house food service experience. Our focus is whole wheat products made from organic flour that we mill each day in the bakery. You will have the opportunity to create a wide variety of products from cinnamon rolls to brioche to loaf breads and baguettes. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a production environment while maintaining high quality standards. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for baking and the desire to work as part of a team.
