Customer Support Specialist
The Role
Unified Commerce Company is seeking an energetic, friendly, ambitious Technical Support Specialist with knowledge in the area of E-Commerce and Point of Sale. We understand that it is hard to be a master of all of these crafts, so we are looking for someone that has some experience and, more importantly, a willingness to learn.
A successful candidate will be energetic, friendly, and will provide world-class customer support promptly and professionally. We are looking for long-term and believe in promoting from within the company!
Responsibilities
- Handle customer issues via email/phone/ticket system regarding issues on their website
- Manage and configure client’s websites
- Provide world-class customer service
- Create/manage/update support articles
- Handle billing related issues
- Handle PCI scans and reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of a customer support role
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Python or other language programs
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred or other CRM
- Knowledge of Magneto (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
