DESCRIPTION

Powerhouse Aftermarket is looking for an organized, energetic and polished OFFICE MANAGER. You will be immediately immersed into the fast-paced and ever changing world of providing mission critical products and services to a large variety of customers. We are a family company and we need each employee to work autonomously and blaze your own path.

This position will help support our team and contributes to the strategic growth goals of the business. This position reports directly to the President.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Manage records and information
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-company internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
