The Director of Integrated Marketing is a full-time position that reports into Marketing Operations within the Global Marketing department. This position will be responsible for driving unified go-to-market efforts and marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. Developing and managing the successful execution of our go-to-market plan across PR, social, digital channels, Retail Category Marketing, Media, Consumer Insights, Creative and Brand marketing to deliver strategically sound, cohesive communications and strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative environment and have a deep understanding of Whole Foods’ target audience. In addition, the position will also prioritize/deprioritize tactics and marketing programs according to business objectives. Responsibilities:
Lead and identify all program related documentation like scope, budget, go-to-market strategy for seasonal, monthly and/or quarterly planning process
Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across:
Marketing Leadership, Digital, Brand, Category/Retail, Creative and PR
Ensure that the hierarchy of messaging, tactics and Marketing programs are aligned within the organization and support the over-arching strategic annual and/or quarterly plans
Develop and Lead integrated go-to-market strategic plans that include: Marketing business priorities and strategy, media, budgets, channel mix and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and KPIs
Support & identify approaches to monitor and evaluate program success and ROI
Ongoing analysis of trends with the ability to develop and implement alternative strategies as needed
Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics on reporting program results and their importance to internal stakeholders
Work with Marketing leadership to develop plans for additional strategic marketing and communication efforts as appropriate
Lead collaboration activation planning across different media platforms and distribution channels
7+ years of Integrated Marketing experience, preferably in retail or the food/packaged goods industry
