SALES PROFESSIONAL – LEASE NEGOTIATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact lease holders on behalf of Black Dot and its clients.
  • Track and manage daily activities through the Company’s online database.
  • Negotiate and close on new lease terms.
  • Ensure the return of all required executed documentation.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the leaseholder throughout the entire negotiation process.
  • Utilize management and/or other department personnel (as needed) to assist in the negotiation process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Individual must possess the following qualifications to become top sales performers at Black Dot. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability essential to the position.

  • Strong work ethic – ability to make 50+ calls daily
  • Ability to communicate articulately and diplomatically
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to accept direction and coaching
  • Effective time and task management skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to easily navigate and update a database system
  • Represent Company with highest level of integrity

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Experience with real estate leases and/or contract negotiations a plus
