Responsibilities:

  • Assist President and possibly other departments with day to day administrative tasks, projects, and planning
  • Administrative functions – calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports for President
  • Arrange meetings and manage department functional meetings, outings, celebration events, etc.
  • Consolidate, edit, and distribute various department correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Mail distribution, send faxes, copying, maintain confidential files, records, databases

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, follow through and time management skills are essential
  • Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Executive Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft: 1 year (Required)
