Customer Service Representative
Yzer is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team reporting directly to the VP of Commercial. The customer service representative is the client’s primary point of contact acting as a liaison for the company by managing incoming client calls, supporting service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and resolving all client requests. In addition to answering questions and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face this person also needs to be proactive in mitigating any risk to the business. Yzer’s culture is at the core of everything we do so it is very crucial for this candidate to foster trust, collaboration and team decision-making.
Location: Virtual, hours 1:00pm to 9:00pm EST.
Pay Scale: $20 to $25 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming Client calls by assessing client needs and bringing resolution to the client.
· Generate up sales
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
· Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services.
- Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
- Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
- Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly customer services.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
- Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Willingness and the ability to travel to client locations, when required.
- Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field.
- Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
