SUMMARY

Responsible for the brand management and digital merchandising of all TRX e-commerce sites, this role champions the consumers and fitness professionals who engage with our products across our digital platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop & apps) on a daily basis. Working closely with the Channel Demand Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of our digital initiatives on TRXtraining.com as well as being our HubSpot master. Reporting to our VP, E-commerce and Global Consumer sales, this individual will develop & execute consumer communication, maximize sales & margin dollars and continually improve the consumer experience of our passionate and engaged audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimize performance on TRXtraining.com, with a focus on our product assortment, marketing campaigns and overall content across digital platforms (site, mobile, apps) in order to drive a consistent, world class user experience, conversion, overall site sales and profitability
Plan & manage all pricing and promotional activity and report on performance as needed
Work with marketing, engineering and SEO Manager to ensure high level site appeal, functionality and performance.
Work with internal and external teams to manage and optimize email segmentation
Create, product & distribute weekly / monthly product level reporting in addition to supporting the analytics team with reporting on site, content and other predefined KPI’s
As the “owner” of the website act as the first point of contact for all internal questions

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in an online marketing and/or merchandising field, retail ecommerce with a branded manufacturer preferred
Must possess strong computer skills and be able to learn in-house tools quickly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills as this position interacts regularly with all other departments within the organization
Must have experience using Hubspot or a similar site management and consumer communication platform
High energy, positive approach and passion and self-motivation are key attributes
Excellent workflow management and ability to meet deadlines
Web analytics experience with tools such as Google Analytics or Big Commerce a plus
Adaptability in an ever-changing landscape of new opportunities.
Experience with a large, established, brand preferred
BA/BS required
