The duty of the Solutions Specialist is to support the Client Relationship Management (CRM), National Account Management (NAE) and Strategic Partner Management (SPM) teams in the engagement, education, proposal and closing of sales and installations of SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP, broadband/network and other technical solutions into our largest prospective and existing clients - the Corporate Advantage (CA) and Business Advantage (BA) base. He/She will work with internal departments to ensure that we provide the strongest value to our clients for new solutions and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works independently or with CRM, SPM and NAE teams to cultivate, educate, train and close SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP, broadband/network and other Technical Solutions within the CA/BA base.
Leads or participates with CRM, SPM and NAE teams on client calls, face-to-face meetings and webinars throughout the sales, implementation, or post-implementation processes related to SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP, broadband/network or other technical solutions.
Assists in preparing and tracking proposals, contract requests, analyses, and pricing requests to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Calls existing clients to open new opportunities, provide updates on projects, schedule meetings, provide pricing, and other client focused activities related to SD WAN, VoIP/SIP, broadband/network and other technical solutions.
Responsible for validating and updating SalesForce records and other methods of charting progress for SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP and broadband/network sales campaigns.
Assists CRM, SPM and NAE teams in serving as support liaison between technical teams, account management and other departments to aid in delivery of SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP, broadband/network and other technical solutions.
Provides ongoing best strategies to internal departments regarding successes or challenges of the sale of, implementation of, or support for SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP, broadband/network and other technical solutions.
Performs additional duties and tasks as deemed appropriate by Sales Leadership.
Overnight travel required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associates degree from a two-year college or university; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Working knowledge of a document management system (preferably Outlook) to manage a busy and ever-changing calendar is essential. Experience with Salesforce.com is helpful but not required. High degree of time management and organizational skills needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and flexibility for quick turn around, and multitasking. A high degree of reliability, thoroughness and attention to detail. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of effective administrative practices and procedures.

Corporate/Enterprise Networks Sales
Candidate is preferred to have documented experience in 1+ of the following areas:
Broadsoft VoIP Sales and/or Consulting and/or Design
Sales Engineer – Telecommunications or Enterprise Networking
Advanced knowledge of Corporate/Enterprise business networks
SD-WAN architecture/design/sales experience
