Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABA

Child Therapy Services (CTS) is an established national children’s therapy company looking for motivated, caring and professional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our fast growing team. CTS has been providing support for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 20 years. Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments using standardized assessment tools and develop treatment plans for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services
  • Provide supervision, coaching and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing ABA therapy services
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of progress and provide feedback as necessary
  • Provide parent coaching and training as necessary on treatment goals and similar
  • Work together with the RBTs, parents, caregivers and teachers, using their feedback to create and update the individual treatment plan and goals to successfully achieve appropriate results
  • Maintain appropriate communication with supervisors and management regarding case management, scheduling, status and updates

Requirements

  • Active License or Certification
  • One-year work experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working and problem solving efficiently
  • Capable of working together with children, parents, teachers and other team members collaboratively to achieve the best results for the child

We are expanding quickly in multiple locations and positions open frequently throughout all areas.
