PumpMan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with established relationships with property managers, building engineers, industrial service companies and/or general contractors in the New York City metro area. The ideal candidate should have sales or estimating experience in the industrial service industry in or several of the following market segments; control systems, electrical systems, pumps, pump systems motors, HVAC systems, and ventilation systems.
Responsibilities:
Grow Sales of troubleshooting services, repair, system upgrades and emergency services for motors, controls, pumps, pump systems, ventilation systems and industrial fans in the metro NYC
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers, providing ongoing sales support and handling service issues.
Develop a firm knowledge of the PumpMan strategy and philosophy for long term growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in industrial services covering controls, electrical, pump, motor, HVAC systems and ventilation systems.
Familiarity with job estimating and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in the NY Metro Area calling on building engineers, maintenance managers, and property owners of commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, office parks, hospitals, universities and city and state buildings.
Required:
Experienced Book of Business in NYC
Candidates with experience in the New York Metro area will be considered for this role.
