PMK•BNC Los Angeles is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief People & Culture Officer, People Services. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CPCO, and this role is also responsible for all of the planning and execution of special events for the department and companywide at the agency.

  • General administrative duties, including: answering phones, troubleshooting inquires, scheduling meetings, organizing events and large group meetings
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee and company-wide events
  • Drafting correspondence, internal memoranda and e-mail communications
  • Assist with event budget preparation, developing project plans and timelines
  • Regular interaction with PMK•BNC and industry executives and their assistants
  • Creating and formatting documents in Word, reports in Excel and Power Point presentations
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Arranging executive travel
  • Performing other administrative responsibilities as needed and assigned
  • Bachelor's degree and related experience required, preferably working for a senior executive in a corporate environment
  • Event planning experience highly preferred
  • Candidate must be resourceful, and must be able to prioritize and juggle multiple, competing priorities
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a team player
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint – including creation of presentation templates, animation of slides, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and sensitivity
  • Strong, proactive communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Candidate must be able to work independently
  • Strong social media skills
