We are looking for a passionate graduate who understands how to provide great customer service and wants to learn how to develop and optimise business processes. You will work directly with customer service teams and high value clients located around the world, as you play an essential role in improving the day-to-day operations of the business.

For this ever-changing position, we are seeking a go-getter who can communicate effectively, think critically, and be detail-focused. One who can:

  • Handle and investigate customer issues and recommend solutions
  • Review the actions of other team members
  • Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users
  • Solve issues using a variety of different mediums, including email, chat and phone
  • Interact with our customer support and financial operations team on a regular basis
  • Turn customer service into customer acquisition
  • Handle sensitive and complex support issues as well as escalated issues
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or diploma in a business/marketing/communications, or related discipline
  • Fluent written and spoken English; bonus points for other languages
  • On the phone customer support experience
  • Able to work flexible hours when required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Need an active VISA status

Bonus points it if you have:

  • Sales experience, particularly via phone, email and chat
  • Experience with web-based businesses
