This at-will position is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, including traditional and web marketing strategies that will increase the visibility and accessibility of Wasatch Property Management’s online marketing initiatives. Interacts with employees, service providers and the public and must maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor. Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently. Work effectively with other team members and continue to improve and develop skills and knowledge.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions, or tasks that the job may require.

Assist the marketing team to implement, coordinate and track key initiatives and programs.
Assist the marketing team to develop & successfully implement Social Media Marketing strategy across multiple platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Assist the marketing team with Social Media Optimization and Facebook advertising to implement strategies across all platforms to support the properties digital marketing efforts.
Respond to reviews on various review sites including Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
Maintain property information on internet directories including Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.
Assist with integration of Social Media with Digital Networking & Outreach Marketing.
Oversee key business partnerships as it relates to Digital Networking & Outreach Marketing.
Assist in development, implementation and management of strategies to support all Wasatch marketing initiatives.
Assess performance via ongoing reports that monitor traffic and customer conversion ratios.
Provide recommendations to Digital Marketing Director for enhancements to online marketing programs to improve functionality and increase traffic.
Identify process improvements and best practices as needed.
Generate marketing reports periodically and as requested.
Monitor and maintain invoices, contracts, records and reports.
Place and track orders for supplies and collateral.
Responsible for shipping materials to the field.
Respond to the day-to-day client requests and questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree with 2+ years in Marketing/SEO & SEM strategies/Web Marketing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to follow detailed oral and/or written communication.
Ability to analyze data and communicate information via phone or email.
Excellent writing and grammar skills needed. Strong command of English language, while understanding advertising and marketing language.
MS OFFICE & social media skills required.
Analytical thinker - able to come up with solutions - Problem solver.
Self motivated and able to multi task on multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Works well under pressure and deadlines
