The Bridge Connector Art Director will be the primary strategist and creative lead behind the Bridge Connector brand. This includes creative direction for corporate and product marketing, as well as creative content creating for marketing campaigns.

The Art Director should be proficient across all major areas of design, including digital, print, and experiential content. This role will work collaboratively with stakeholders in marketing and across the organization to ensure that Bridge Connector is always presented with world-class creative content.

The Art Director will report to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
  • 6+ years of creative work in a marketing-focused setting
Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in art or other creative pursuits is a plus
Management/Decision-Making
  • Managing individual contributors will be required, but this role will have influence to hire future individual contributors
Knowledge and Skills
  • Mastery of common content creation tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mastery of common design philosophy and best-practices
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems
  • Experience with animation or video is a plus
