Strategic Planner - II

Clearance: Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance
Location: Chantilly, VA
Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
Education: Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Position Description:
The successful candidate will contribute to the activities of the COLOSSUS program’s Strategy Development and Management team whose activities include:

Support the implementation and sustainment of processes that facilitate the development and delivery of strategies, architectures, investment and portfolio planning;
Conducting organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness;
Evaluating the customer organization’s corporate vision, management concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure the aligned office/group adheres to said guidance through its activities and projects;
Plan and accomplish goals for COMM and across subordinate organizations by relying on extensive experience and judgment.

Also, the candidate may be requested to surge and flex in support of tasks and projects across the broader COLOSSUS scope according to their specific, personal expertise and capabilities.

Required qualifications:
MS with 5+ years or BS with 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to the tasks above Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly
NRO or IC experience
Ability to excel as a leader and member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired qualifications:
NRO mission experience
Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Experience supporting agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management
