Engineering / Sales Administrator

Spiroflow Systems, Inc. - North Olmsted, OH


· Serve as primary administrative support for the Engineering and Sales department

· Collaborate with other departments in support of Engineering and Sales and other company priorities and objectives

· Perform job responsibilities in accordance with established Policy & Procedure.


· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

· Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

· Fluent user of Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new software-based applications and systems

· Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset


· Process standard po from few customers

· Running various reports in Sage, verifying it against engineer’s timesheets

· Assist with processing new orders

· Create scope document from proposals

· From time to time fill in for other administrative functions such as Receptionist

· Support the sales team as required to prepare quotes, book and manage events, schedule and book travel, coordinate training

· Perform basic Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance, data cleaning, and other routine tasks

· Work with outside Salesforce service providers to improve and enhance the CRM system

· Collaborate with other personnel to assist the sales team

· Prepare presentations and sales/marketing related documents
