We’re looking for a Services Program Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas or Newnan, Georgia.
The SAG Services Program Coordinator responsibilities include the ability to professionally service multiple logistics and field service requirements to support Strategic Account Sales. Tasks include effective coordination for logistics & storage programs, make-ready (repair) services, and additional unique service offerings for Strategic Accounts. Daily functions require diligence, high accountability, and active communication with SAG Services Manager, SAG Sales Coordinators, Inspection Services, 3rd party service vendors, RB Yard Managers, and alternate internal departments to effectively manage the sale for various Strategic Accounts.
In this role you’ll:
Arrange transportation, storage, inventory, and repair services to meet the requirements of strategic account customers.
Organize service quotes, execute service assignments, and manage service account cost applications within the company’s purchase order software.
Coordinate with sales, inspection services, yard staff, and 3rd party vendors to promote effective sale processing.
Perform thorough inventory tracking to drive timely service and revenue potential.
Actively review service programs to improve processing efficiencies & drive effective service standards.
Analyze service agreements and vendor programs to minimize costs, drive revenue and improve service levels.
Review all vendor invoices for consistency and accuracy before payment.
Develop and communicate innovative techniques and standard operating procedures that create efficiencies, growth opportunities, and limit cost.
Identify, communicate, and promptly resolve field service related issues.
Achieve productivity and quality performance requirements.
Develop service efficiency standards and execute alternative tasks as needed.
Here’s what you bring:
High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
1-3 years of transportation or business operations experience.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with people at different levels.
Adaptable, innovative and resourceful
Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Logistics or business operations experience.
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software.
Ability to prioritize multiple objectives and solve problems in a dynamic fast paced environment.
