Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that build circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro mechanical assemblies. The facility currently has almost 1600 employees and provides products to seven Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume high mix and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing. Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist with contract Earned Value Management System (EVMS) setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing. Responsibilities include developing and tracking budgets, manpower forecasting, and earned value computation for a variety of funding sources. This position will support a myriad of program finance functions, including estimating and managing program cost baselines. Will also be responsible for quarterly Estimates and Complete (EAC) and prepare detailed analysis and provide provide recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership. Some travel to Orlando may be required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Finance or Business Administration or a related discipline.
Must be self-motivated with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
EVMS (Earned Value Management System) strong Microsoft
Office suite with emphasis on Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience conducting EACs in a production environment.
This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
Knowledge of business management, production operations and manufacturing.
Green Belt Certification
Experience driving affordability and cost improvement.
Prior experience in EFS.
8+ years of professional Financial analysis experience.
