Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the business office calendar
- Provide excellent parent/visitor support and address inquiries or concerns
- Prepare documents or correspondence as needed
- Maintain business office records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with business office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a business office setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
