About Reefer Cannabis Company:
Reefer's budtenders are responsible for aiding patients in their quest to identify medical cannabis and consumption methods that most suit their qualifying condition which is why we are looking for a self-motivated, high-energy individual who handles all situations with compassion and kindness. You must be highly skilled in medical marihuana product ratios, percentages, terpenes, CBD versus THC, consumption methods, and consistencies. All budtenders must be able to work in a fast past environment and highly skilled in sales and 5-star customer service.
All budtenders will be tested for their baseline or initial cannabis knowledge. They will also be required to take continuing education throughout the course of their employment. Budtenders will have an education plan that will be reviewed and updated at least every 6 months.
Job Responsibilities:
- 5 Star Customer Service
- Production Sales
- Maintain Shop Organization
- Abide all Emergency Rules including but not limited to, weight limit requirements
Qualifications:
- Become familiarized with Emergency Rules & MMFLA
- Able to stand for up to 12 hours
- Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in a team setting
- Able to uphold professionalism at all times
- Receiving constructive criticism
- Works well under pressure
- Mature, Honest and Reliable
- Must be able to pass an MMFLA background check
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to get to and from work location
- Must be able to work in the United States of America
