What Will You Do?:
As a Life Insurance Coordinator you will review, evaluate and process new Life and Disability Income transactions and will work closely with our Sales Representatives, Underwriters and insureds. We are seeking a team player with effective phone skills and a high attention to detail.
Additional Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Sales Representatives regarding updates and pending policy change requests.

Review and evaluate new Life and Disability Income applications to ensure information is complete and accurate.

Own and review case information to identify appropriate action to keep the case moving and adapting quickly to changes.

Review underwriting information to determine if changes are needed before generating policy changes.

Calculate premiums and coordinate assembly of the policy documents for the Sales Representative to deliver to the client.

Provide back up support to other Life Insurance Coordinators as needed.
Pay for this position is $21.60 per hour.
Minimum Requirements:

One year of general business environment experience demonstrating strong problem-solving, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Ability to navigate computer applications while also talking to customers and providing effective customer service.

Ability to memorize/recall information quickly.

An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.
No insurance experience is required.
You will begin an 8-week training program that starts on Monday, January 13th, 2025. The hours for training will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
