Work Schedule:
Traditionally Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-4:30 pm; 30 hours per week.

Provide a brief statement of the position duties.
Provide high level customer service to include analyzing, interpreting and explaining complex student account data; assisting with problem resolution; and processing financial transactions for the Student Service Center.

Required Minimum Work Experience:
Three years of progressive office work experience: processing records and information, data input and maintaining department data base information; meetings, documents, reports, etc.
