The One Firm Risk Organization (OFRO) Education and Enablement Senior Manager actively contributes towards enabling the OFRO annual strategic plan. The role leverages and collaborates with resources in OFRO, and other firm services outside OFRO, to implement OFRO strategic initiatives including E&E owned and led deliverables.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in learning and messaging techniques and tools, project management, content management, and the importance of instilling a risk and compliance culture in a regulated environment.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Creating, developing and overseeing the creation of formal learning, communications and knowledge content to drive effective awareness of the firms risk management and independence required policies and protocols with client service teams;
Leading and facilitating teams of direct and non-direct reports to generate an approach and plan to achieve the expected deliverable;
Operating with a degree of autonomy and accountability across a large organization;
Leveraging communication skills (verbal and written) to translate complex information into simple and understandable content;
Collaborating with OFRO functional leaders to execute and support strategic initiatives led directly by Education and Enablement or other OFRO teams;
Operating effectively in a sometimes ambiguous environment characterized by multiple stakeholders while maintaining and growing productive working relationships with others; and,
Contributing to the execution of OFROs strategic agenda within the broader context of PwCs firm strategic priorities.
