The Digital & eCommerce Analyst will provide actionable reporting and insightful analytics to the ecommerce and brand teams across the portfolio of Wolverine Worldwide brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills such that he/she can influence business managers to drive both strategic and tactical decision making. This position will be the subject matter expert on the various tools and data sources that are utilized to manage the business and will leverage that knowledge to drive improvement in key performance indicators like conversion, customer satisfaction, etc.

Primary Duties
Become the subject matter expert on analytical tools such as Omniture (web analytics) and foresee (customer satisfaction). Help the organization to leverage the full capabilities of these tools.
Analyze marketing program performance through use of web analytics software and various other reporting tools to evaluate success and formulate recommendations for optimization.
Analyze website performance and user behavior through use of web analytics software to formulate recommendations for merchandising/content improvements and conversion path optimization.
Design, build and automate actionable reporting that highlights issues and drives an improved understanding of the business.
Develop and run ad hoc reports and analysis to answer business questions when needed.
Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Experience with web analytics software (preferably Omniture but also Core Metrics or Google Analytics).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field.
Quantitative coursework (mathematics, statistics, computer science) a plus.
Background in advanced data analysis techniques and/or statistical methods.
Experience in tracking/improving consumer marketing programs.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Self-starter who can prioritize and work autonomously.
Computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
